At Gastech Plumbing Services, we work in accordance with the Queensland Government requirements. We provide Type A gas compliance certificates and plates every time we install all or part of a gas system on a residential property or commercial site in Mackay and surrounding areas.

The Compliance Certificate Process

Each member of our team understands and follows the compliance certificate and plate process. We copy the certificate three times, keeping one for ourselves and then giving one each to the owner of the gas system and the operator of the gas network.


Using adhesive backing, screws or rivets, we attach a compliance plate to a prominent place on the gas system. This place could be on the gas meter, cylinder, compartment, isolation valve, or regulator.
